Bee Free Mobility Scooters can service or repair most makes of scooters in our workshop or at your home. We have a call out fee of $120.00 but if we can fix your scooter in the first 30 minutes there is no additional charge. We carry in stock consumable parts such as tyres, tubes, batteries and other essential items. Should your scooter or power chair require significant repairs we will source the appropriate replacement parts. Contact us now if you require help.
Bee Free Mobility Scooters have and use highly qualified contract technicians to support our business, you and your scooter/mobility aid. Our contractors can call out to your premises to either perform work on site or to bring your scooter to our workshop for more extensive work. Batteries maybe able to be replaced at your home depending on the size of scooters, It helps the repair process if you can keep the make, model and serial number of you scooter handy.
All manufacturers have a warranty with their scooters and the warranty is specific to each manufacturer’s discretion with the warranty usually being expressed in writing in the “Users’ Hand Book.”
Warranties cover faulty workmanship for a period of time and as such the warranty will not cover damage due to mis -use, accidents and neglect.
